I have been licensed in property/casualty insurance since 2013. I started working for Georgia Farm Bureau in Jackson County, focusing on personal lines insurance. After leaving Farm Bureau, I worked as a Personal Lines CSR/Producer for 2 independent agencies before coming to Talbert Insurance in Nov 2018. In 2015, I became licensed in life/health insurance also.

Commercial Lines is very demanding and produces the highest volume of premium within an agency. Therefore, I must consistently deliver optimal service to retain a high percentage of these accounts. I must always be productive and knowledgeable in every aspect of the business in order to work with the large, intricate, commercial lines accounts and is equally important to have great relationships with so many different underwriters. Because there are also many niche markets in commercial lines, it takes someone experienced to master these different areas. I value the fact that I can handle such pressures and am able to work in such a diverse environment.

?I love building a rapport with my commercial clients because I can meet new and interesting people which builds trust. Once the trust is established, they can feel reassured that their businesses are adequately and properly covered.

I'm married to my best friend, Michael since 2002. We live in Jefferson. We 6 children ranging in ages 15 – 30 years old. I have 1 daughter in law, 3 sons in laws and I am MiMi to 5 precious grandbabies who range in ages 2 – 13 years old. At least one weekend a month all the kids/grandkids come over. My idea of fun is a loud, crazy, chaotic gathering with our kids/grandkids running throughout the house or playing Rook, Can-Jam and/or Corn Hole.
